There is a hanging vaccumm on the wall that has a cord accessible to children. 0165(3)(a): There are protruding nails on the side of the kitchen counter and along the fence boards at the top and bottom outside. 0165(3)(d): The washer and dryer in the laundry room are accessible to children. 0165(3)(f): There is a doll house outside that is not secured to the wall and is a tipping hazard. 0165(5)(a): The outlet by the window in the living room is not tamper resistant.
